Every success is built on good habits. Consistency is what creates a habit. When you want to feel better, shed a few pounds, or have a lean body, you work out, eat clean, and establish a routine. Your mind/brain is a muscle too and it needs training and consistency. Each week you will watch a new video that will introduce you to more concepts and tools. These tools are cumulative so start with week 1, give yourself a week to absorb the information, and do the fun work before continuing to another week. This is how you will create your own momentum.
