I’ve always loved photography and capturing the things that naturally draw my eye. I never consciously thought about capturing energy—I simply photographed what I saw and what moved me.

Over time, people would stop at certain images and tell me how strongly they felt them. They saw movement, energy and presence in photographs I had simply been compelled to take. It made me realize that perhaps I was capturing something I sensed without even knowing it.

That realization has changed the way I see my own photography. What begins with beauty often seems to reveal something beyond the visible—and that is the part I’m now beginning to explore.
