You will fly into Cancun International Airport, where your private driver will pick you up with your fellow immersion attendees on the designated date (October 25th). They will transfer you to Occidental Xcaret Hotel, where Alena and Dagmar will be waiting to welcome you.
* Your single room will be booked on our behalf for the duration of the retreat. If you would like to fly to Mexico earlier to have a couple of days to acclimate and explore, or if you decide to stay longer after the immersion, we can provide you with information to organize your additional accommodation and your transportation. Occidental Hotel will honor the discounted group rate two days before and two days after the immersion.
